Each exhibitor is allocated a sample display unit within the exhibition. A 50 word laminated company profile in Arabic will be placed next to each company catalogue.

Visitors must complete a registration form at the exhibition entrance. Entrance is strictly by business card ONLY. Full details of the visitor are recorded on the registration form.

Visitors are then invited to view the catalogues on display and to request catalogues that are of interest to them.

Once the organisers are satisfied that the visitor is qualified to receive the exhibitors’ catalogues, and that the visitor registration contact details are complete, these details are recorded in the exhibition database.

Full contact details are then e-mailed to individual exhibitors on a daily basis for immediate follow-up.

• Professional representation by staff fully experienced in international and local business practices. Members of staff will speak Arabic, German, French, Greek, Thai and Russian.
